What the PDF Contains
The PDF report is a professionally formatted document that includes your company logo and branding in the header, a scan summary with date and page count, overall compliance score, severity breakdown with counts, and a complete list of all open issues with their criterion, severity, description, element HTML, and page URL.
Generating a PDF
Navigate to Reports → PDF Report and click Export PDF. The report is generated on your server using Crucible Scan’s built-in PDF engine — no external services are used. The download begins automatically when generation completes.
Customizing Branding
Upload your company logo in the Report Configuration modal (gear icon on the Reports page). The logo appears in the top-left corner of every page of the PDF. Set your company name and contact details to populate the report header and footer.
Use Cases
PDF reports are ideal for stakeholder communication — share with executives, board members, or clients who need a summary of accessibility status without logging into WordPress. They are also useful for compliance audits where you need a timestamped snapshot of your site’s accessibility at a specific point in time.
